Outdoor Vendor Operator Certificate of Compliance (Form ST19)

All vendor candidates must fill out and submit an Operator Certificate of Compliance (Form ST19). We are required by Minnesota law to obtain evidence that persons who do business at the show or event have a valid Minnesota tax ID number.

In years past, we required applicants to submit a hardcopy of this form. To simplify the process, the application process is now electronic and must be done online.
